all in all everything was really good, had a really good stay on a business trip. it was in a perfect and excellent location near the railway station riem, münchen, and the nearest underground. also, it was 3 km from messe munich.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location near to the nearest underground, and a nice quiet business area. Furthermore, by walk to train station. The room we had included central heating, a safe box, and TV. The bathroom was big and the bed was very comfy.

A nicely decorated and lovely modern hotel with attentive staff. Breads and cereals at breakfast. Favourable, perfect location in downtown. Really close to public transport, highway access, and the exhibition center. What a real good stay, no complains at all.

We had a great stay at The Niu! The hotel is brand new and conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get to the center of Munich in just 30 minutes. The facilities were excellent, with stylish decoration and super clean rooms and common areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips on train stops. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we appreciated the 24/7 availability of the staff. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Real good stay, as always. Spotlessly clean and fancy accom with unbeatable and excellent location adjacent to a big mall e to the expo area, the downtown, and the exhibition. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The location was favourable and excellent, next to the nearest shopping mall, supermarket and the SBahn. Trudering - Riem district was worth exploring.

This was my very very good stay on a business trip. The hotel had a magnificent position, to tube stop. It was also right by the railway station and the centre of Munich and the nearest shopping mall.

Our stay at The Niu was superb. The hotel was very new and clean, with modern and stylish decor. The location, although slightly outside the city center, was convenient with a short 10-15 minute walk to the S-Bahn station, which took us to Munich central in under 20 minutes.

One minor drawback was that the double bed in our room was actually two single beds pushed together, which often moved apart during the night. Additionally, the train from the S-Bahn station to the city center only came every 10-15 minutes, which was a slight inconvenience, especially on weekends.

Unbeatable and magnificent location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was large. It was surely a very good stay on a business trip.

The hotel was set 500 feet from the bus stop. We had a brand-new a double room with chromecast and good beds, for instance.

As a tourist, I loved the attention to detail at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The noise cancellation was exceptional, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location may seem a bit far, but it's actually just a short train ride from Munich central station. The walk from the train station to the hotel is safe and only takes around 10 minutes. The hotel also had great amenities like plug + 2 USBs at each side of the bed, a TV with Chromecast function, and a Bluetooth speaker. The bathroom was excellent, with a spacious shower and no step. The bar was pleasant and offered affordable drinks. Additionally, I appreciated the use of the hotel app as a key, eliminating the need for physical check-in/out.

With its stylish design and great price value, the hotel is perfect for a group of friends. The rooms come with Bluetooth speakers and even card games. The lobby is equipped with Jenga, Foosball, and Connect 4. The bar serves delicious pizza and there's a photo booth at the reception. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. There's also a Thai restaurant next door with great food. a fantastic experience for a fun group getaway.
